Are all the items listed available for sale?

We have all items listed on the website in stock. Our site is updated daily to ensure accuracy. All our stock of over 500 items is owned outright by us, there is no 3rd party involvement. 


How do I make a purchase if I live in the UK?

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase click on the "Buy Now" button located beside the item. Payment can be made here via Paypal or on most major debit or credit cards. Shipping costs are included in the price.


How do I make a purchase if I live outside of the UK?

Please contact us before purchasing supplying us with the post/zip/area code and country you wish your item to be delivered to. All delivery costs quoted are for UK delivery only. We will then contact you with the price for delivery to you. Once agreed payment can then be made by Paypal or on most major debit or credit cards.


How long does my item take to arrive with me?

All our limited edition prints are held in a secure storage facility. Please allow 7 working days for delivery because limited edition prints have to be retrieved and a packing case made to each prints specific size. At peak times and for international delivery items may take longer. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you require your item quicker.


Do you ship items worldwide?

Yes, although all prices quoted on the website are for UK delivery only. Please contact us prior to ordering for delivery costs to any other destination.


How will my items arrive?

Large items - Most large items are in a purpose built packing case and are delivered by courier, requiring a signature on delivery.

Small items - Securely packaged and if necessary in a purpose built packing case, delivered by courier or mail.

We take great in packing your items to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. Read on to find out more about how we pack each item.

The print I am purchasing is not framed, can you frame it?

We have no facility to frame prints. 

Selecting frames for your print is a very personal choice. By going to your local framer you will be able to choose from a wide selection.


What is an Artist's Proof?

Artist's Prints (also known as A/P prints), are printed outside the regular limited edition print quantity. They are equal in quality to the limited editions and are signed as Artist Proof or A/P by the artist. They were traditionally the property of the artist and are usually limited to 10-15% of the edition size as well as being priced slightly higher due to the restricted supply. In todays print market, the A/P edition prints are normally sold alongside the regular edition prints at a premium. What is important to note is that the Artist Proof prints are of the exact quality, type, media etc as the regular limited edition (unless of course the artist declares otherwise). Read on to find out more about Artist's Proofs.


Can I cancel my order after I have submitted it?

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.


Do the Limited Editions and Artist's Proof come with a certificate of authenticity?

The first silkscreen limited editions through to the more recent giclee editions were published by many different companies and over quite a long timescale. Every publisher implemented a different system regarding certificates of authenticity with the result that some prints came with Certificates of Authenticity and some didn't. 



Returns Policy

Items returned within the 7 day cooling off period.  By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day the item is delivered.

If you are not happy with any item purchased from www.simplyjackvettriano.com please contact us by telephone or email within 7 working days and we will refund you subject to the following conditions:

1. All items must be returned in re-sale condition, in all their original packing along with proof of purchase.

2. We will arrange all uplifts by our courier from the same address that the goods were delivered to.

3. A full refund will be given through PayPal less the courier costs for both delivery and return.

4. If smaller items have been sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery they must be returned to us via the same method.
