UK - Order by 12th December for Christmas delivery
All other countries - Order by 1st December for Christmas delivery
UK shipping costs
Final shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, size and destination, but here's a helpful guide to ensure there are no unexpected surprises:
Open edition prints - free of charge
Books & Catalogues - £5 to £10
Mounted Limited Editions & Artist's Proofs - from £20 to £25
Framed Limited Editions & Artist's Proofs - from £35 to £45
If you select multiple products the shipping charges will alter and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
International shipping costs (Non-UK)
Open edition prints - from $25
Books & Catalogues - from $25
Limited Edition Prints & Artist's Proofs - we only ship items fully insured for the value of the item. Most countries will have shipping automatically calculated at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days of payment of order. Dispatch takes place Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays.
Transit Time within UK
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days. If your item requires framing this may take longer as we need to allow time for transit to the framers and for framing to take place. Please contact us for accurate delivery times per item.
Transit Time outwith UK
Items can take up to 2 weeks from despatch to arrival dependent on your location. Customs requirements with destination country can extend delivery time beyond this.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
Our website is updated daily. In the event an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will beable to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
We pack all our items carefully to ensure they are not damaged in transit and do arrive safely. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please contact us as immediately.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Simply Jack Vettriano encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Simply Jack Vettriano at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
