Tales of Love & Other Stories was Jack Vettriano's first ever solo exhibition. There were 36 paintings on display at the Edinburgh Gallery from 15th May to 6th June 1992 at 18 Dundas Street, Edinburgh.

The paintings on display included the beautiful Waltzers and Amateur Philosophers which are shown here, along with some of the other paintings exhibited.

The catalogue released for the exhibition was 28 pages and listed the full 36 paintings on display and contains images of 20 of those paintings. It also contained a foreword from Jack Vettriano and W Gordon Smith.

These catalogues are very rare and very collectable. We have a signed catalogue and a unsigned catalogue available.
